The creation process consists of 7 phases. It begins with an exact reproduction of the patient’s head using a 3D scan that precisely identifies where the Hair Integration System is needed.
The base of the prosthesis is then manufactured with a dermatologically tested, biomedical-grade polymer resin membrane. Then, A+++ quality new hair is manually grafted onto it. We make sure to match the natural distribution, movement, and thickness of their own hair.

PHASE 1 – TAKING MEASUREMENTS
The area where a hair prosthesis is needed is identified. Thanks to the most advanced technology, an accurate 3D digital reading of the contours of their head is made.
PHASE 2 – REPLICA OF THE HEAD
Using robotic technology, we produce an exact plaster replica of the patient’s skull.
PHASE 3 – GETTING THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF HAIR
To get a perfect match for your hair colour, we look for various natural hair blends until we find the perfect combination. We only use natural, unprocessed new hair where the hair cuticle (the outer layer) is completely intact.
PHASE 4 – MATCHING THE COLOR TO THE BASE OF THE SCALP
Natural pigments of the colour of their scalp are added to the polymer base manufactured in our laboratories. This base is the foundation that the hair will be inserted into; it will become a second scalp for our patients.
PHASE 5 – ADDING THE “NEW HAIR”
Incorporating the new hair into the base is a manual process. We insert every hair into the polymer base one by one, following the natural distribution, movement, and direction of their own hair.
PHASE 6 – IMPLEMENTING THE HAIR INTEGRATION SYSTEM WITH THE PATIENT
Once all these phases are completed, it is time to position the Hair Integration System at the clinic. At Insparya, we also have a hairdressing service to style the prosthesis as the patient desires.
PHASE 7 – MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE SYSTEM
It is important to perform regular maintenance checks on the prosthesis to make sure that it is working well and looks its best. These inspections should always take place at an Insparya clinic under medical supervision.
After the adhesive materials are removed, a cleaning process for the scalp and the prosthesis is carried out. This is to make sure that the medical adhesive is working properly. At these appointments, patients can also get their hair cut and styled during the session.
To keep the prosthesis in its best condition, it is best to perform regular maintenance checks. Every 3 to 4 weeks is best.
